What we collect
For account holders: email, name, affiliation, ORCID iD (if linked), profile fields you choose to add. For all visitors: standard server logs (IP, user agent, request URL, timestamp) for security and debugging.
What we don't collect
The journal does not run advertising or marketing trackers. Page-view analytics, if any, are aggregated and anonymised.
How we use it
Account data is used to manage submissions, peer review, and account access. Profile fields you choose to make public are visible on article pages where you appear as an author.
Sharing
Account data is not shared with third parties. Manuscript metadata is shared with Crossref for DOI registration. Reviewer data may be shared with Web of Science Reviewer Recognition if you opt in.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data at any time by emailing tech@exposomejournal.com.
